Stage In Vitro Pharmacology
Organizational Unit: PreClinical R&D - In vitro Pulmonary Pharmacology
Responsibilities:
Support to activities connected with cell culturing, including primary cultures of lung fibroblasts for the functional cell-based assays utilized in the DDR and discovery projects. In addition support activities associated with in vitro target validation
Activities:
• Routine cell culture techniques: cell plating, counting, splitting
• Immune-enzymatic measurements (ELISA) for mediators
• Molecular Biology: Western blot analysis and Real time PCR
• Data analysis and basic statistics
Education: Master Degree in Biotechnology, Biology or CTF. Master thesis in Pharmacology is preferred.
Technical skills:
• Molecular Biology (PCR and Western blot)
• Cell colture
• Immune-enzymatic measurements (ELISA) for inflammatory mediators
Soft skills:
• Good Communication skills
• Team working attitude
