Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with the maintenance engineering team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance activities within the organization. It will gain hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability analysis, and preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs
• Support the implementation of maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify maintenance requirements and prioritize tasks
• Participate in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
• Assist in the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs
• Collect and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, failure patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment records, and maintenance logs
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of maintenance tools, equipment, and technologies
• Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and assist in training sessions

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineer
• Excellent English Knowledge
• Communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
