Exploratory Chemistry Intern
We are seeking for a young and strongly motivated graduate in Chemistry that is ready to take a challenge in organic chemistry innovation field. Within the Exploratory Chemistry Unit (ECU), the He/She/They will identify and develop new chemical reactivities and innovative strategies to support the internal medicinal chemistry projects by new chemical entities synthesis.
Main activities:

Training to acquire and develop advance organic chemistry knowledge (radical chemistry).

Lab training to acquire ability in experimental photo-electro chemistry.

Planification of the synthetic activities to support medicinal chemistry project.

Medicinal chemistry meeting attendance to acquire knowledge in Medicinal Chemistry.

Chemistry meeting attendance to identify and develop more sustainable synthetic route for clinical candidate scale up.
Experience required: Master’s degree experimental thesis in organic chemistry (at least 6-month experience in lab).
Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry or PhD student in organic chemistry or/and medicinal chemistry.
Languages: English (intermediate level). Study experience abroad is a plus.
Technical skills:

Basic expertise in NMR and LC-MS techniques.
