Jr Strategy and Execution Leader Intern

 

Organizational Unit: Global Marketing - Global Special Care Franchise

Main responsibilities

We are seeking for a motivated person with a background in marketing who would like to have an internship experience in a pharma company. Under the supervision of the Strategy and Execution Leader, He/She/They will support some of the activities and processes planned in the cross therapeutic area for the management of brands in the Transplantation, Cystic Fibrosis and Neonatology areas within the Special Care unit.

Main activities:

  • Development and updating of digital and non-digital communication campaigns and materials, interacting with external communication agencies.

  • Support in the preparation of conference activities.

  • Support in the management of internal meetings and in organizing and preparing international meetings with branches.

  • Support in coordination activities with foreign branches.

Education: Degree in Marketing focusing on (or with Master’s in) Digital Marketing/Communication or degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology) with a master's degree in Digital Marketing/Communication.

Technical skills:

  • Good knowledge of the principles of Marketing and Digital Communication, scientific knowledge, ability to navigate with interpretation of scientific literature.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package

Soft skills:

  • Proactivity and eagerness to learn

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Ability to analyse, synthesise and to link and interpret different information

  • Good presentation skills in Italian and English (the team where the resource will be placed is international)

Languages: English: Excellent level. Study experience abroad is a plus.

Contract: 6 months internship. Reimbursement of expenses and meal vouchers.

Location: Parma.
