Supply planning associate director

For our office in Milan , we re looking for a Supply Planning Associate Director .

PRINCIPALI AREE DI RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Collaborates with the Procurement area in the management and development of the commercial relationship with existing Third Parties;
  • Manages the portfolio of key suppliers in accordance with the corporate strategy by developing an annual target list;
  • Acts as the internal representative of the Dompé customer, balancing the needs of the customer and the external site;
  • Supervises supply contracts/orders of strategic third parties, verifying their correct application and interpretation (in and out);
  • Develops, proposes and implements a multi-year strategy of Manufacturing and Sourcing in collaboration with the Operations functions, aligning the objectives of Time to Market, Supply Chain Performance, technology and innovation, quality and compliance, regulatory compliance;
  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply;
  • Optimizes flows and processes, with the aim of making external production/services more effective and efficient;
  • Monitors the performance of strategic suppliers in terms of costs, quality and service level, promoting any actions aimed at improving the areas that are not in line with the objectives;
  • Analyzes the productions of third parties and evaluates, together with the relevant departments, the possibility of internalizing production activities;
  • Analyzes the requests of third parties regarding investments and related resources to ensure the implementation of the necessary production plans;
  • Participates in the scouting of new partners for strategic productions by identifying new opportunities in collaboration with the Procurement area;
  • Participates in the development of new products and new partnerships in collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Quality and other areas involved;
  • Identifies, proposes and coordinates the implementation of projects to improve the performance of supplies in terms of size/quality/cost/time, if necessary, also evaluating the revision of technical specifications and/or product configuration;
  • Collaborates in technology transfer projects and facilitates the transition from validation to the basis of the activity;
  • Contributes to the development and launch of new products and markets relating to the Primary care and Biotech Business Units;
  • Collaborates in the management of the product life cycle, supporting innovation and optimizing any changes or product withdrawals;
  • Carries out the mapping of the composition of the product portfolio, the priority areas to ensure business continuity;
  • Coordinates packaging development and artwork management activities;
  • Participates in and contributes to the conduct of the monthly Sales & Operation Planning meetings of the Primary Care Business Unit;
  • Coordinates the Oxervate Global Sales & Operation Planning and supply activities in line with the corporate strategic plan;
  • Supports the Management in the preparation of the budget plan;
  • Supports the Management in defining and monitoring the annual budget plan for area transport, implementing a consistent monitoring of the service levels of individual suppliers;
  • Ensures compliance with the law and regulations according to the provisions of the control model pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/01 and the codes of conduct within the area of competence;
  • Ensures compliance with legal obligations and procedures regarding safety and hygiene at work as well as environmental protection within the area of competence.

REQUISITI

  • Degree in economics or management engineering;
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life science sector.
  • Computer skills: MS Office e Business Intelligence – Power BI;
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems and SAP ERP.
  • Languages: Italian and English (fluent);
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation;
