Stage Global Medical Affairs

Organizational Unit: Global Medical Affairs Respiratory

• Support the robustness of Chiesi medical communication and the consistency of the messages delivered.
• Support Medical Advisors review of local promotional materials, medical enquiries (e.g. product FAQs, standard response letters),
• External Medical Communication (e.g. Press releases), by providing scientific knowledge, support and challenge
• Support Medical advisors in communication with Affiliates’ Medical teams for key scientific topics
• Involve in the KOL engament activities
• Identify and execute scientific communication initiatives by working with KOLs and Advisory Boards both at corporate and affiliates level
• Maintain updated strong scientific knowledge based on scientific literature and new developments in the industry and deliver it to the colleagues through training programs, materials and seminars
• Provide congress support and professional representation at international medical meeting and conferences, developing scientific content for Symposium/lectures
• Develop and deliver scientific material such as briefing documents on publications relevant for the area, MSLs slide kits, guidelines for local research and FAQs on products in development to support local affiliates medical activities

Education: Scientific master’s degree: Pharmacy, Medicinal Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology

Technical Skills:
• Advanced Knowledge of Office Suite (excel and PPT in particular)
• ability to read and interpret experimental data and scientific/ medical literature and extract
• Basic pharmaceutical business knowledge

Soft skills:
Flexible and positive attitude organised with high levels of project management and planning
