CUSTOMER OFFICE TRAINEE

PRINCIPALI INCARICHI:

  • Support new projects initiated in Customer Office (Aftermail and Aftercall Customer Survey, Product Codes Tracker, Customer Master Data update, Standard Communication to Clients, 3 party products supply, Shared Mailbox management)
  • Provide data analysis (calls, notifications, rejections) to contribute to the action plan
  • Support Customer Office Team in the day to day activity in case of need on specific subjects
  • Generate ideas, analyze and elaborate action plan on all subjects that can improve day to day process and activity
  • Participate at the monitoring of Customer Office KPIs (call rate, emails handling, customer satisfaction rate, OTIF, notification timeframe)

FORMAZIONE, ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE PER IL RUOLO:

  • Formazione-Esperienze:
    - Diploma di Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o equivalenti
  • Competenze e Qualifiche:
    - Proficiency in Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc. )
    - Good SAP knowledge
    - Good English speaking skills
    - Problem solving attitude
    - Ability to work in multicultural environment
    - Capability to work in Team
