Temporary Project position - until end 2014
Responsability
The position in Analytical Development will cover analytical and downstream process support to product development, product improvement and strategic update with focus on biotech products and especially monoclonal antibodies (mAb). The following main tasks will be in focus:
- Analytical work (planning, performing and reporting) e.g. HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, A4F, MFI, ELISA and
SDS-PAGE
- Evaluation of analytical data
- Carrying out stability analysis
- Development of chromatography steps for downstream process development
- Participation in project work
- Maintenance and qualification of equipment
Qualifications
- Technician or other relevant education
- Experienced within analytical and downstream process development
- Skilled within biologics such as mAb
- Familar working with pharmaceutical development projects
- Flexible and excellent co-operative skills
- Able to plan realistic deadlines and finalise tasks
- You are optimistic and open minded
